• What areas do you serve?

  Alachua County and the nearby parts of North Central Florida. Within Alachua County that means Gainesville, the city of Alachua, Newberry, High Springs, Micanopy and Archer, plus the Jonesville, Tioga and Haile Plantation communities. Ocala, in Marion County, is the one area we cover outside Alachua County. Just outside that? Call and we will tell you honestly whether we can take the job.

• Do you supply the materials, or do I buy them myself?

  We supply everything. Cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, paint and fixtures all come through us, and our own installers fit them. You get one invoice covering materials and labor instead of chasing separate suppliers and subcontractors.

• Do you offer financing?

  Yes — through six national lenders: Synchrony, GreenSky, Wisetack, Affirm, Hearth and Acorn Finance. Approval usually takes minutes, no-down-payment options are available, and all financing is subject to credit approval.

• Are you licensed?

  Yes. Home Renovations is operated by V&G Quality Services LLC under Florida contractor licence CBC057767, a Certified Building Contractor licence qualified by Humberto Hernandez and active through August 31, 2028. You can check it yourself on the Florida DBPR licensee register rather than taking our word for it. Ask us directly about current insurance certificates and we will send them for your project.

• What does your warranty cover?

  Both the materials and the installation. If something is not right it is ours to put right — you never have to work out whether the problem belongs to the supplier or the installer.

• Can I see materials in person before I decide?

  Yes. Our Gainesville showroom at 5510 SW 41st Blvd, Suite 201 is open Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 9am–5pm, so you can handle cabinet, flooring, tile and countertop samples before committing.

• How does the process work?

  Five steps: we discuss your project and advise on the design; we send an estimate covering materials and labor; you get approved for financing if you want it; we supply the materials and schedule installation; and you enjoy the finished space.

• How quickly will I hear back after requesting a quote?
